One Authority Given by One God

Pause & Reflect
This is a time when there are many views on things eternal. As a Christian, the only eternal authority you can stand on is one true God. He is the Creator of the universe, the Mighty One, the King of Kings, and the Father.

Jesus was the radiance of God’s Glory, the exact representation of His being. Jesus was sent by the one true God and is empowered by His authority. Are you led by that authority in Jesus? Does your confidence rest in that truth?

Speak a prayer for your church today that they will continue to stay strong and stand only on the authority of Jesus as given by the one true God.

JOHN 17:2-3
For you granted him authority over all people that he might give eternal life to all those you have given him.3Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. 

HEBREWS 1:3
The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.
